Why does my generator have a red light?
The generator has an issue within the system that must be resolved before returning to normal operation.
What is error code 2800?
One of two auxiliary switches are in the off (down) position. Switches must be in the on (up) position and the code cleared from the computer.
How do I clear an error code?
Press STOP then ESCAPE
then ENTER. Unit may then be placed into auto mode or a start may be attempted with the manual button. If the initial issue was not resolved the generator will likely fault out again.
